Tracy has experience on advising foreign companies in foreign direct investment, incorporation of foreign investment enterprise and various legal issues in company’s operation. She also manages the firm’s Chinese law know-how data base.
Tracy obtained a LLB degree at East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai, China in 2004. After that she studied law and obtained her LLM degree at University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. Tracy joined Taylor Wessing in 2006 after her graduation. She passed the Chinese bar exam in 2007.*
* Since working for a foreign law firm, Tracy is presently not permitted to simultaneously practice as a Chinese lawyer.
Tracy speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
