Torsten is a member of the Practice Area Real Estate and the focus of his work is on real estate development and transactions, in particular on the development of large scale retail facilities. He advises in zoning plan procedures and state planning procedures and negotiates all contracts in connection with public law. His clients are - inter alia - German and international project developers as well as operators of shopping centers. Furthermore, Torsten gives advice within the development of inner city properties, in particular former logistic and traffic areas, as well as in the related transactions.
Torsten completed both German legal state exams in Freiburg and Dresden in 1996 and 1998 and graduated as Dr. jur. in Leipzig 2001. Torsten joined Taylor Wessing in 2005 as a partner.
He is a native German speaker and is also fluent in English.
