Tom is a partner in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Private Equity Group.
Tom specialises in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and venture capital. He has a particular focus on financial services and leisure. He also acts on an ongoing basis for a number of Private Equity backed companies.
Tom is a regular commentator on current issues in the private equity industry and has had a number of articles published in the national and trade press. He graduated in Law from Hull University and qualified as a solicitor in 1996.
