Dr. Tobias Schelinski – Associate

Tobias Schelinski is a member of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology Practice Group.  He specialises in software contracts and distribution law, data protection law and e- and m- commerce, and advises on complex projects and transactions.

Tobias studied law at the University of Hamburg specialising in Information and Communications Law.  As part of his studies, Tobias worked for several months in a law firm in South Africa. After completing his first state exam, Tobias Schelinski began his Doctorate thesis concerning the “Official View of Cross-Border Online Services” under Prof. Dr. Mankowski.  Whilst working on his Doctorate, he also worked as a paralegal in a middle-sized law firm. 

Tobias Schelinski completed his training in Hamburg, much of it at Taylor Wessing, and joined the firm as a lawyer in December 2005. 

His native language is German and he speaks fluent English.
