Tina specializes in foreign direct investment, general corporate law, labor and employment law, and real estate. She advises foreign companies on all aspects of Chinese laws in relation to their strategy and business in China and projects in various areas in particular in the manufacturing sector.
Tina studied law at TongjiUniversity in Shanghai, China, where she also completed her LLB and LLM degrees in 2003 and 2006 respectively. In 2005, Tina was admitted to the Chinese bar. After an internship, Tina joined Taylor Wessing in 2006 after graduation.
* Since Tina is working for a foreign law firm, she is presently not permitted to simultaneously practice as a Chinese lawyer.
Tina speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
