Timo Fahrion, Maître en Droit – Associate

Timo Fahrion  is a member of the Practice Area Corporate. He specializes in corporate law advising on contentious and non-contentious matters. In particular, he advises listed companies on shareholders' meetings and represents companies in court, for example in actions for rescission and other specific corporate disputes.

Timo Fahrion studied Business Administration and Law in Tübingen, Aix-en-Provence (Maîtrise de Droit International et Européen) and Cologne focusing on international commercial and corporate law. He passed his Legal State Exams in 2003 in Tübingen and in 2005 in Karlsruhe. During his practical training he worked, inter alia, for international law firms in Strasbourg and London. Timo Fahrion was admitted to the bar in 2007.
