Tim is an equity capital markets partner in our Financial Institutions & Markets group at Taylor Wessing. He specialises in advising public companies, brokers and investment banks on public company takeovers, initial public offerings, securities issues, corporate governance, restructurings and M&A.
He has also advised extensively on a broad range of venture capital and private equity transactions, largely for the providers of finance. Tim’s recent public company experience includes advising Blueheath Holdings plc on its £400 million acquisition of Booker Group Ltd, advising Synergy Healthcare plc on its recommended, increased £181 million share offer (with a full cash alternative) for Isotron plc, and advising AIM quoted Portrait Software Plc on its share-for share acquisition of Norwegian software company, Million Handshakes A.S.
Educated at the London School of Economics and the Universite de Strasbourg III, he joined Taylor Wessing in 1999.
