Tillmann Pfeifer advises national and international corporations and privately-held middle-sized companies as well as finance investors in the areas of corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions / Joint Ventures.
Tillmann Pfeifer has special expertise in the renewable energy sector where he has advised on a considerable number of transactions. He advises both buyers and sellers, in particular on the acquisition and sale of project companies in the sectors of wind power, photovoltaics and biogas.
He is author of the book "Die Inhaltskontrolle von Franchiseverträgen nach den §§ 305 ff. BGB", which deals with the legal limitation of terms in franchising agreements.
Tillmann Pfeifer passed both German legal state exams and a supplementary course of studies in Business and Commercial Law at the University of Hamburg.
Tillmann Pfeifer is a native German speaker and is also fluent in English.
