Thorsten Troge is member of the Practice Department Intellectual Property and Information Technology. He advises national and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property rights and unfair competition law. His field of practice includes trademark law and the protection of copyrights both including the legal representation before courts.
Thorsten Troge studied law in Hamburg and Geneva and completed both legal state exams in Hamburg in 2000 and 2006. From 2001 to 2004 he worked as an assistant at the Max-Planck-Institute for Private International Law in Hamburg. During this time he wrote his doctoral thesis on European aspects of private international law. During his legal clerkship he worked at the European Commission in Brussels and in law firms in Hamburg, Berlin and Uruguay.
Thorsten Troge is member of the GRUR.
Thorsten, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and has knowledge in French and Spanish.
