Thomas Krempl – Partner

Thomas Krempl offers legal advice to national and international enterprises of various sizes and industries. He specialises in the corporate and tax law issues of acquisitions, disposals and the restructuring of companies. His areas of expertise also include corporate recovery, where he has acted as counsel to several credit institutions and banking syndicates over the past years. Thomas Krempl also advises on all issues that come up in connection with directors and management boards, employee participation and company pension schemes, and the structuring of MBO/LBO and outsourcing deals.

Thomas Krempl studied law and business administration in Munich and was admitted to the bar in 1989. He qualified as a tax advisor in 1991, and as a specialist employment lawyer in 1994. Before he joined Taylor Wessing in 2005 Thomas Krempl worked for more than 16 years as International Partner for a nationally and internationally operating firm of lawyers, accountants and tax consultants.

Thomas Krempl is a member of the International Bar Association. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on topics of corporate, tax and employment law, and at Deutsches Anwaltsinstitut e.V. since 1993.
