Susanne Lueddecke – Associate

Susanne Lüddecke is specialised in advising companies of various industrial sectors in all fields of employment law, including their representation in court. She regularly advises national and international companies, medium-sized as well as listed companies, in all matters of individual and collective employment law including social security issues. Her experience includes giving employment law advice in corporate transactions, advice concerning transfer of undertakings ("TUPE") and restructuring, advice on insolvency law matters related to employment law, as well as legal advice concerning disputes with executive employees, managing directors and management board members.

Susanne studied English law at the University of the West of England in Bristol before she took up her legal studies at the University of Bielefeld. She passed both of her German state exams in 1997 and 2000. In 2001, she started working in our Düsseldorf office and subsequently worked for the Frankfurt office of an English law firm. She joined our Frankfurt office in October 2003.

Susanne permanently publishes expert articles on employment law matters in monthly newsletters.
