Dr. Stephan Albrecht – Associate

Stephan Albrecht concentrates on public procurement law with a particular focus on IT-services and building contracts. As a further focus he gives legal advice for closed property funds e.g. as to problems with regard to the purchase, the administration and financing of the realty assets. He also specialises in competition and anti-trust law. Stephan is a qualified mediator.

Stephan received a French law certificate from Montesquieu University Bordeaux in 1998. After having received a degree in business administration he completed his first legal state exa­mi­na­tion at the University of Bayreuth in 2000 and his second legal state examination in Berlin in 2003. Stephan has worked, inter alia, for the public prosecutor of Wellington (New Zealand) and a law firm in San Diego (U.S.A.). He did his doctorate on an anti-trust law subject.
