Stefan is a member of the Commercial Practice Department. He is specialised in litigation. Moreover, his work is concentrated on advising national and international corporate clients on distribution, contract and trade law.
After having studied in Osnabrück and Nijmegen (The Netherlands) Stefan passed his first legal state exam in 2003. Stefan then completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Auckland (New Zealand), obtaining the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.). End of 2006 he passed his second legal state exam in Wiesbaden. During his practical training Stefan worked in an international Dutch law firm focusing on international economy law. Since summer 2007 he is admitted to the bar. Before joining our office in summer 2008 he has worked as a lawyer for another international law firm in Munich.
Stefan, a native German speaker, is fluent in English, and has a very good knowledge of Dutch and Spanish.
