Stefan Kroeker – Partner

Stefan Kroeker advises clients on all corporate matters. Stefan specialises in national and international M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions and is particularly experienced in transaction management. Stefan is also a member of Taylor Wessing’s Brazil Group.

Stefan Kroeker studied law in Cologne, Montpellier and Freiburg. He passed his first and second legal state exams in Freiburg in 1999 and in April 2001, respectively. In January 2001, he was admitted to the bar. From 2001 until 2003, Stefan Kroeker was business consultant at McKinsey in São Paulo. From 2003 to 2004, Stefan Kroeker worked as a lawyer at the Munich office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining the newly established Munich office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in 2004. In 2010, Stefan Kroeker became a partner of ARQIS Rechtsanwälte and in August 2011, he joined Taylor Wessing’s Munich office as partner.

Stefan Kroeker is a member of the German-Brazilian Lawyers' Association and of the Brazilian Private Equity und Venture Capital Association (ABVCAP).

Stefan, a German and Brazilian native, is fluent in German, Portuguese, English, and French.
