Shane Gleghorn – Partner

Shane is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution department specialising in dispute resolution and investigations in the banking and finance sector. 

Shane has wide-ranging experience in acting for financial institutions and companies in complex litigation and regulatory disputes.  He acts for banks and other financial institutions in all areas of contentious business, risk management and reputational risk, including contentious regulatory matters. Shane is recognised in the area of banking litigation by Legal 500 as "very efficient and well organised" and as somebody who "really puts the work in" by Chambers.   

Shane also has extensive experience acting in contentious matters for clients in the technology and (re)insurance sectors.

Shane has a Masters of Law in Banking and Finance from the University of London (King’s College).
