Sebastian Beyer has been working as a lawyer for the Practice Area Corporate of Taylor Wessing’s Frankfurt office since 2011.
Sebastian studied law at the University of Trier (2002-2007). After that he obtained his Master of Laws-degree from the University of Auckland (New Zealand) focusing on corporate law and wrote his dissertation on the independence of supervisory board members under special consideration of US-law. In the course of his legal clerkship (2009-2011) Sebastian worked for law firms in Düsseldorf and Hong Kong.
Sebastian Beyer, a German native speaker, is fluent in written and spoken English and has basic knowledge of the French language.
