Dr. Sascha R. Grosjean – Partner

Dr. Sascha R. Grosjean is member of the Practice Group Employment and Pensions. One substantial part of his work for Taylor Wessing is advising on employment-related aspects of M&A transactions. This also includes advice on HR-matters typically following a transaction (post-merger integration). Besides this he represents management in all aspects of German individual and collective employment law. A particular focus of his work is on providing advice to US-companies when founding, restructuring or closing their German facilities.

In 1994 and 1997, Sascha R. Grosjean passed the two German legal state examinations. He obtained his doctorate in 1998. Between 1999 and 2006, Sascha R. Grosjean worked for a local law firm with international approach before he joined Taylor Wessing as a partner in October 2006.

Sascha R. Grosjean holds talks on employment law at national and international events. He has published a number of articles in professional journals and he is Vice-President of the Labour Law Commission of the Union Internationale des Avocats.

Sascha R. Grosjean is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
