Sarah is member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in Dubai. Her work for Taylor Wessing is varied and includes, amongst other things, such matters as company incorporations, joint venture arrangements, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions and drafting commercial agreements.
In 2002 Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and in 2004 she obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Monash University in Melbourne. In 2006 Sarah was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a legal practitioner.
Sarah worked for Middletons in Melbourne, Australia for a period of 3 years before joining Taylor Wessing in Dubai.
Before moving to Dubai, Sarah was a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Franchise Council of Australia. She was also involved in a major banking corporation’s women’s network and was a committee member of her previous firm’s young professional’s network.
Sarah has written a number of short articles for newsletters published in Australia regarding developments in the law.
