Sanam Singh – Associate

Sanam is an associate in our Dubai office specializing is Employment law. She has considerable experience in areas such as termination, employee rights, data protection, restrictive covenant enforcement, secondment and transfer of employees, the review of various employment agreements under the UAE Federal Labour Law and the employment laws of the various Free Zones. These include the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Healthcare City and Dubai Multi Commodity Centre.

Sanam has a broad corporate/commercial background having advised on the incorporation of businesses in the UAE, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance in the UAE and on franchise and distribution arrangements.

Sanam read law at the University of Buckingham, and has a Masters in International & Commercial Law. She is dual-qualified: an Advocate registered with the Bar Council of Delhi, India and a Solicitor in England & Wales.
