Sam Nichols – Partner

Sam is a partner in the Construction & Engineering Group with particular expertise in the construction aspects of financing and procuring developments and infrastructure projects. Major projects experience extends to the energy sector (particularly power plants), including EPC contracts, consortium agreements, project security and plant maintenance contracts.

Sector focus areas also include mixed use development, hotels and leisure, construction insolvency and due diligence support for corporate and property deals.

He is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Constructing Excellence Club. He writes regularly for the specialist construction press, and for Construction Law in particular.
