Sabine Meyer is a member of the Real Estate Practice Department and is specialised in national and international real estate transactions, in particular acting on the part of the buyer. This field of work encompasses the organisation and undertaking of property related due diligence, the drafting and negotiation of the transfer agreements as well as real estate related matters within the scope of the financing. Moreover, Sabine Meyer is regularly instructed to handle public and general property law matters as well as commercial leases. She acts for national and international clients, ranging from international finance investors to medium sized corporations.
Sabine Meyer studied Law and Foreign Languages (English and French) at the Universities of Passau and Kiel. After the First Legal State Exam in 1996, she received an interdisciplinary scholarship at the University of Kiel and wrote her doctoral thesis on Environmental Law. Sabine Meyer passed her Second Legal State Exam in 2000 and was admitted to the Hamburg Bar in 2000. She is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of the French language.
