Ronald Graham is a Corporate and Commercial partner, with particular expertise in the hotels sector.
He acts for a number of international corporate clients ranging from US public companies to high net worth individuals handling a broad range of corporate, commercial and venture capital work.
In the hotel sector Ronald acts principally for owners and investors in hotel and leisure assets for whom he undertakes both M&A and commercial contracts work.
