Roland Falder – Partner

Roland - certified employment specialist - advises companies and management personnel in all labour related issues. His main areas of activity include the drafting of employment contracts as well as litigation before the German employment courts. He further advises companies in their cross border restructurings. He represents both national and international clients ranging from medium sized to large public companies. Of particular note are his special qualifications in Chinese labour law.

After his studies at the University at Bonn he completed the second German legal state exam in Düsseldorf in 1991. Between 1993 und 1995 Roland Falder worked as a legal consultant in the United Arab Emirates.

Roland Falder regularly publishes articles in legal magazines and gives lectures on a range of employment related issues with a special focus on international employment law. Presently he is Co-Chairman of the Employment and Immigration Committee of the Interpacific Bar Association. Furthermore he is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Society of Employment Law of the German's Lawyer Association.
