An Oxford University graduate, Richard joined Taylor Wessing in 1985 and became a Corporate partner in 1986. On leaving the firm in 2005 he was appointed as a Consultant.
He was Managing Partner from 1993 to 1995 and was subsequently Corporate Head of the firm's Media and Entertainment Group.
Richard specialises in advising clients on corporate and commercial issues including sales and purchases of shares and subscriptions for shares. He is concerned, particularly, in take-overs, acquisitions, project finance and joint ventures.
Richard is named in "Legal 500" as a specialist in the advertising sector. He has considerable experience in overseas acquisitions of companies and businesses and customarily works on multi-jurisdictional transactions.
