Richard Bursby is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial department and heads up the International Hotels Group.
Richard has extensive experience of acting for High Net Worth individuals and privately held companies on a wide variety of corporate transactions in the UK, Europe, MENA region and elsewhere. He is a recognised expert in the Hotel industry, particularly regarding Hotel Management Agreements and has deep experience of advising on numerous Hotel related acquisitions and disposals, developments, operating leases, Franchise and Management Agreements around the world.
Richard also focuses on assisting overseas based HNW individuals and private companies investing in the UK, as well as on their ongoing business requirements as they expand and develop.
