As member of the Practice Area Employment and Pensions in the Berlin office Rajko concentrates on legal advice and litigation on all aspects of individual and collective labour law and the bordering legal fields including social law. He has special expertise in company pension schemes, statutory labour management regulations and codetermination rights, and in assisting the establishment of SE and transactions with regard to employment law related matters. He advises predominantly companies and executives.
Having graduated from the University of Greifswald in 1998, Rajko passed his Second State Examination in 2001. From 1998 until 2003 he worked as research associate at the chair of Private Law and Civil Proceedings Law, Prof. Kohler (University of Greifswald) and obtained his degree Dr. jur. in 2004 there. He passed traineeships at the German Chamber of Commerce in Taipei/Taiwan and at the University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. He was admitted to the Bar in 2003 and entered Taylor Wessing as associate in May 2005. In May 2010 Rajko became partner of the firm.
Rajko was admitted as specialist lawyer in Employment Law in 2007. He publishes articles in professional journals and is a member of the Working Group of Specialist Lawyers in Employment Law ("Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Fachanwälte für Arbeitsrecht im Deutschen Anwaltsverein").
