Quirin Vergho is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and specialised in real estate and insurance laws, including pertinent litigations and corporate law affaires. His services in the real estate practice include the negotiation and advising in real property purchases, commercial leases and distribution agreements, project development contracts as well as devising and issuing prospectuses for real estate funds. In insurance law his main practice area is to act for renowned, internationally operating direct insurers and reinsurance companies in and out of court.
Quirin Vergho studied law in Regensburg, Munich and Madrid. He passed his legal state exams in 2003 and 2005 in Regensburg and Munich. From 2003 to 2008 he worked as a scientific assistant and as a PhD student at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Social Law, where he focused on social insurance law, public law, European law and the comparison of laws. He was admitted to the bar in 2008.
Quirin Vergho has published a number of articles in professional journals. The subject of his doctoral thesis is Portuguese constitutional and social laws.
Native language is German, fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
