Philipp Behrendt is a member of the Commercial Law Practice Department at Taylor Wessing. He focuses on general corporate law and legal questions related to joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions. Additionally he advises clients on questions of distribution law especially with regard to franchise and commercial agency law.
Philipp Behrendt studied law at the universities of Bayreuth and Münster. In 1999 he passed his first state exam. In 2000, he studied in Sydney at the University of New South Wales and obtained a Masters of Laws in Media, Telecommunications and Information Technology Law. Philipp Behrendt passed the second state exam in November 2004 in Hamburg.
Philipp, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
