Peter is a consultant in the Dubai office. He specialises in transactional construction law and dispute resolution for clients in the construction and related industries.
Peter is a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Vice Chairman of the UAE Society of Construction Law and a member of the International Construction Committee of the International Bar Association.
Peter speaks on Construction and Engineering law topics at seminars throughout the world. Recently, he spoke at the Owners' International Construction Super Conference and the Beijing and London Olympic Committee's Seminar on Stadia and Infrastructure Development.
During his career, Peter has written and contributed to many articles on topical Construction legal Issues, and was one of the co-authors of the first comprehensive series of publications on partnering in the UK Construction Industry published by the University of Reading.
