Peter heads up the Corporate Tax group.  He specialises in all aspects of corporate and property tax (including VAT) and has wide experience of the taxation issues arising in connection with mergers, demergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and disposals, inward and outward investment and intellectual property.  Peter also advises on tax-efficient remuneration strategies.   

Peter is also a member of the firm's International Tax group, which advises on the tax implications of cross border structures and transactions.

Peter is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
