  • Acting for an overseas investor on the development and sale of a development in Docklands for an end value of in excess of £90m.
  • Acting for an overseas investor on the corporate sale of a residential block in Clerkenwell.
  • Sale of 5 shopping centers for BEP Acquisitions Limited.
  • Acting on a site assembly for and subsequent disposal of a quarrying company.
  • Sale of a brownfield site in Bow, London E3 for £10 million including site assembly.
  • Acting for Tower Hamlets Housing Action Trust on the rewriting of their development agreements for their development agreements for the regeneration of part of Bow, London E3 and associated advice.
  • Acting for Bank of Ireland on the acquisition funding of a portfolio of 11 properties by Friends First.
  • Acting for Bank of Ireland on the refinancing of a significant property in Oxford Street London WC1.
