Paul Burke – Partner

Paul is a partner in the Corporate Department and specialises in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions with an increasing focus on private equity.

Paul is a member of CREATE, the firm's corporate real estate team and the firm's Reconstruction and Corporate Recovery Group.

He has been involved in transactions for both publicly quoted and private companies. Examples of such transactions include: international and domestic mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate real estate, corporate restructuring and insolvency sales, PFI, public company work including flotations and placings, and joint ventures.
