Patrick specialises in rendering comprehensive advise in the fields of real estate, construction and commercial lease law. In particular, his practice focuses on real estate transactions concerning both, the acquisition and the sale of portfolios as well as single properties, including the financing of such acquisitions. In this respect, Patrick represents buyers and sellers alike. He also advises principals, investors and their project companies with respect to project developments. In addition, Patrick advises with respect to all aspects of construction projects (including contract, claim and risk management) as well as in the context of special purpose properties, in particular hotels. Patrick’s client base mainly consists of major national and international companies.
Upon completion of legal studies at the universities of Göttingen, Straßbourg and Berlin he obtained his doctorate from the Humboldt University in Berlin. Patrick has been admitted to practise law since 1999.
Patrick published several articles in professional journals.
