Omleen Ajimal – Partner

Omleen is a partner in the firm's Corporate Tax group, specialising in corporate and international tax matters. She has particular experience of structuring the tax-efficient acquisition, ownership and disposal of shares, securities, real estate and other assets (such as ships and aircraft) and of advising on the tax-efficient instigation of, and investment into, UK and offshore funds structures.

Omleen also has experience of financing and refinancing structures, including structures involving Sharia-compliant financing. She has advised a number of UK-based multinational groups, as well as businesses based in the US, Europe and Asia.

Omleen joined Taylor Wessing in 2007 and became a partner in 2008. She was educated at the University of Sussex (1997 LLB Hons).  She speaks French, Hindi and Panjabi.
