Oliver Treptow is a member of the Practice Area Corporate. His work for Taylor Wessing is concentrated on M&A transactions and advising and litigation for medium-sized companies with a focus on limited liability companies and groups as well as partnerships. He also advises in the healthcare area.
In 2002 and 2004 Oliver Treptow passed the two German legal state examinations. From 2004 to 2009 he worked in the institute of corpo-rate law of the University of Mannheim (Professor Carsten Schäfer) where he wrote a doctoral thesis on national corporate law and medical law. Oliver is admitted to the German bar since 2004 and joined Taylor Wessing in 2009.
Oliver Treptow has published a number of articles in professional jour-nals with respect to national corporate law and inheritance tax law.
