Olaf Kranz – Partner

Olaf advises his clients in the field of corporate law as well as on M&A-transactions and joint ventures. Furthermore he is well-known for his corporate and commercial law related litigation practice focusing in particular on shareholder disputes and on disputes resulting from M&A-transactions. He represents both international and national clients including large public companies as well as medium-sized businesses.

Olaf Kranz was born in 1968 in Düsseldorf. He studied Law at the university Cologne. In 1997 he worked in the legal department of an American company in New York. After he was admitted to the bar in 1998, he worked with another law firm for one year before joining Taylor Wessing's Düsseldorf office in October 1999. In January 2003 Olaf became partner of the firm.

For more than twenty years Olaf played in the German fieldhockey-"Bundesliga". He played for the teams of Düsseldorfer HC and Gladbacher HTC and became German Champion in 1988.
