Noelle has been in practice for about eight years. Her main area of practice is in commercial litigation.

Noelle has acted for clients in claims involving contractual disputes, conspiracy, fiduciary duties, sale of goods, defamation, employment, insurance, construction, tenancy, and MCST matters. She also assisted in a legal audit exercise for a statutory board and in numerous proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Land Appeals Board and Strata Titles Board, of which several cases were reported in the Singapore Law Reports.

Noelle was on a panel of lawyers on two national radio talk shows commenting on issues such as employment law. She has conducted talks and seminars for corporate clients, including MCSTs and insurance companies. She has written several legal articles and contributed to books on commercial contracts and on lawyers’ professional liability in Singapore and Malaysia.

She is a member of the Catholic Lawyers’ Guild and the Singapore Women Lawyers’ Association.
