Nina Resinek, LL.M. – Associate

Nina joined the Practice Group Intellectual Property at Taylor Wessing Frankfurt as an associate in 2007.

She studied law at the University of Trier/Germany and the University of Salamanca/Spain. She passed the second legal state examination in 2004. During her studies she worked at an international law firm in New York City, at UNESCO in Paris and Deutsche Bundesbank in Frankfurt. Nina completed her LL.M. degree „International Studies in Intellectual Property Law“ at Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute in London and the Technical University Dresden/Germany. Before she joined Taylor Wessing she worked for two years in the Legal Department of the German Foreign Office in Berlin.

Nina published an article about geographical indications in the European Intellectual Property Review (EIPR). She is member of the German Society of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR).

Besides her mother tongue German, she speaks English, Spanish and French.
