Nikol Davies – Partner

Nikol is a Partner in the Private Client, Tax and Incentives Department who joined the firm in 2006 and advises UK and international clients on a wide range of corporate tax issues.  Nikol is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and spent a number of years employed both as a Senior Tax Manager by PwC in their Mergers & Acquisitions tax department and as a senior associate in the tax department of Herbert Smith.

Her particular areas of expertise include advising on:

• tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions advising both corporations and private equity funds;
• reorganisation and restructuring of corporate groups including multinationals;
• refinancings and structured finance transactions;
• inbound and international tax planning.
