Nicole is a member of the Practice Department Corporate / M&A. She specialises in advising national and international companies on national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions and corporate law in general. With her German/Swiss background she also offers advice in issues relating to Switzerland.
In 2004 Nicole earned a “LL.M.Eur.“ degree in international and European business law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. She passed the two legal state examinations in 1999 and 2002 and trained as a notary public in Basel, Switzerland. In 2006 she passed the qualifying test for European attorneys in Düsseldorf and was admitted to the German bar. Before joining Taylor Wessing in June 2006 she worked for international law firms in Germany and Switzerland.
Nicole, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and French, and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
