Nick is a partner in the private client department and specialises in trust and tax planning advice mainly with an international element; he acts for a number of individuals particularly from the finance sector with interests across a number of countries.
As well as acting for individuals Nick acts for professional trustees in Jersey, Switzerland and Guernsey.
Nick also advises individuals and fiduciary companies on developing and implementing innovative income, capital gains tax, capital gains and inheritance tax planning schemes for mainly UK resident but non-domiciled individuals.
Nick is recognized as an “up-and-coming” individual who sources “would not hesitate to recommend”.
Nick studied Classics at University College London graduating in 1993 and qualified as a solicitor in 1998.
