Nick Moser – Partner

Nick Moser is a partner in our London office and a member of our Reconstruction & Corporate Recovery group.   Nick is described in Legal 500 as “very practical and commercially astute” and is named as a leader in restructuring and insolvency in the Chambers Global Guide to the Legal Profession.  His experience ranges from contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring to advising pension schemes on insolvency matters.

Recent work includes:

• Leading the team advising PwC as administrators of Global Engineering Plastic Products Limited, involving an asset finance fraud on over 40 finance companies and numerous court applications.
• Acting for the trustees of the Pittards Plc pension schemes in the company’s Creditors’ Voluntary Arrangement and restructuring.
• Advising asset based lenders on workouts, insolvency and fraud situations.
• Advising British Airways Plc on the dispute with Gate Gourmet.

Nick studied at Lincoln College, Oxford, graduating with an MA in Jurisprudence.
