Negeen is an associate in the Restructuring and Corporate Recovery group.  She joined the team on qualification in September 2010, having trained with the firm.

Negeen acts on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters as well as corporate restructurings.  She advises insolvency practitioners, corporate clients, banks, landlords, and directors in respect of all areas of insolvency law.

Recent work includes:

• Advising insolvency practitioners on their appointment and the general management of insolvent companies;
• Advising directors on their duties, obligations and liabilities in actual and potential insolvency situations; and
• Advising a major creditor in the insolvency of Portsmouth City Football Club.

Negeen studied History at University College London before completing her GDL and LPC at the College of Law.
