Neal is specialized in business and corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, contracts drafting and negotiation as well as in all sports aspects. He acts mostly for major and middle market media entertainment & technology clients, including sports companies. His experience includes drafting and negotiation of contract, merger deed, shareholders agreements, legal due diligence, implementation of image scheme or sponsorship / patronage operations.
After completing a Master degree in business law (1998) and a Post graduate degree in high technology business in the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (1999), Neal served as in house counsel for an international sports management & marketing company (IMG McCormack / TWI) in Paris and in Sydney (during the Olympic year). Neal joined as lawyer the entertainment, media & sports department of Landwell (one of the "big 4") in 2001 before joining Taylor Wessing France as from its creation in 2003.
Neal publishes articles regularly in the French sport press and is acting as a consultant for a French Business School (ESSEC) within the scope of its sport MBA.
