Mojahed is a senior associate in the Dubai office with extensive experience in Commercial, Corporate, Real Estate, Employment and Litigation areas of practice. He has previously worked at the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and at the Dubai Public Prosecution.
Mojahed has handled a number of local litigious matters and has significant experience with various regulatory bodies in the UAE. He has also advised various local entities on matters of Sharia compliance.
He has advised National Bonds Corporation PJSC and Amlak Finance PJSC on several complex strategic matters. In March 2009, the Board of National Bonds Corporation PJSC appointed Mojahed as a Company Secretary. Recently, Mojahed was a lead advisor to a large corporate group on its international restructure, including entities in the UAE.
He has authored articles including Islamic Real Estate Financing and Foreigners Will and Inheritance in the UAE and has participated in several real estate conferences in the region.
Mojahed has been living in the UAE since 1979 and holds an LLB from the University of Sharjah and an LLM from the University of Hertfordshire. He is fluent in written and spoken Arabic.
