Matthias concentrates on commercial lease contracts and contracts in connection with the acquisition and the financing of real estate. His experience includes drafting the relevant contracts as well as restructuring existing legal relationships. Additionally, Matthias has extensive experience in litigation practice regarding problematic real estate projects. His clients are mainly medium-sized companies.
Matthias studied law at the University of Munich and at the University of Wales, Swansea. He completed his first legal state exam in 1999 and his second legal state exam in 2001.
Matthias, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
