Martin Yells – Partner

Martin is a partner in the Finance & Projects department of Taylor Wessing, specialising in property and acquisition finance. 

Martin has expertise in a broad range of banking and finance work, having acted for borrowers, major banks and financial institutions in the UK and Europe on general corporate finance, property and acquisition finance related matters. Martin's experience includes:  

• UK and overseas real estate financings (both bilateral and syndicated).
• Development finance.
• Acting for financial institutions and borrowers in connection with leveraged financings, including a variety of cross-border financings.
• Public acquisition finance, for both UK and overseas target companies. 

Martin obtained a 1^st class LLB from King's College London.
