Martin is a member of the Practice Area Corporate and specializes in corporate law, national and cross-border transactions, in particular acquisitions and divestitures of companies and interests, as well as joint ventures. He is also active in Commercial Law.
Martin passed the First Legal State Exam in 2002. During his practical legal training he worked as a trainee in London. 2005 he passed the Second Legal State Exam and was admitted to the Bar in Düsseldorf.
Martin’s professional career began 2005 at the Düsseldorf office of Clifford Chance. 2008 he was seconded for nine months to the legal department of an international conglomerate with seat in North Rhine-Westphalia. Martin joined Taylor Wessing in January 2010.
Martin is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
