Marie-Edwige Borye – Associate

Marie handles a board range of commercial and corporate matters, mainly in relation to the establishment of companies in the Free Zones and the UAE.

Prior to settling in the Middle East, she specialised in International Law, and worked 3 years for the French Government as a legal negotiator.

She gained her early Middle East experience by setting up a new offshore centre in Ras al Khaimah (RAKoffshore).

Marie is a graduate of the University of Aix-Marseille III (France) and holds a L.L.M. from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom).
