Marcus is a Senior Counsel in the Finance department and specialises in debt finance work.
His areas of expertise include property finance, acquisition finance, debt restructuring and corporate lending, acting for both borrowers and lenders.
Recent experience includes:
- acting for Infinity SDC Limited in connection with the debt financing of the development of two data centres;
- acting for Deutsche Postbank in connection with the restructuring of a senior loan facility secured on a German real estate asset;
- acting for the Prestbury group in connection with a number of UK real estate portfolio acquisitions.
Marcus obtained an MA (Part I French and German, Part II Law) from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University. He then attended the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.
